高炉炉前除尘风机控制系统技术改造

Technical Improvement on Control System for Dedusting Blower at BF Cast House Floor

摘要 针对天铁高炉炉前除尘风机控制系统在运行过程中出现的风机异常停机、运行电流大、电机和变频器发热等现象,通过改进控制系统频率给定方式及变频器启/停联系方式,降低电机和变频器运行温度,改造高炉除尘风道等措施,使高炉除尘控制系统风机运行稳定可靠,保证了除尘系统设备的安全,取得了明显的节能效果。 In order to tackle with the problems of abnormal blower stoppage,big running current and motor and converter heating occurring in the running of the control system of Tiantie BF cast house floor dedusting blower,measures were taken such as modifying the frequency setting method of control system and the start/stoppage communication method of frequency converter,reducing the running temperature of motor and frequency converter and modifying BF dedusting air duct.Consequently,the blower of BF dedusting control system ran stably and reliably,ensuring equipment safety and gaining prominent effect of energy saving.
