为充分利用富裕的低压蒸汽,天津天铁冶金集团建立了一套8MW低压饱和蒸汽发电机组,应用了乐华XDC800和西门子S7300 PLC自动化控制系统。该自动化控制系统稳定可靠,控制功能完善,网络通讯良好,更好地实现了机组与用电量的控制,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to make full use of excessive low pressure steam,Tianjin Tiantie Metallurgy Group set up a set of8MW low pressure saturated steam power generation unit with Huale XDC800and Siemens S7300PLC automatic control system,which worked stably and reliably with complete control functions.Network communication was sound.Control over unit and power consumption was realized in a better way.Good economic and social benefits were achieved.
