天铁空分2~#调压站氧气放空阀调节方式改进

摘要 天铁空分2~#调压站氧气放空阀为全开关控制调节方式,出口压力调节不稳定。为满足生产需求,对调节控制方式进行改进,采用放空阀压力自动调节,通过增加阀门定位器实现自动调节,解决了出口压力大幅度波动的问题,保证了生产设备稳定运行,降低了氧气放散,实现了节能降耗。 The oxygen release valve of Pressure Regulating Station2of Tiante Air Separation Plant had an all-switch control regulating mode with unstable regulated pressure at outlet.In order to meet production requirements,modification was carried out on control and regulating mode.Automatic pressure adjustment was adopted for oxygen release valve and valve positioner added to realize automatic pressure adjustment.The problem of big fluctuated outlet pressure was settled and stable equipment running ensured.Oxygen emission was reduced and energy saving and consumption reduction were achieved.
