摘要
为满足生产需求,将变频器应用于35 t锅炉给水泵,实现了电动机的平滑启动、调速运行、自动化控制,以及给水流量变化的控制,保证了35 t锅炉生产的稳定运行,降低了给水泵的检修工作量和更换水封的频率,延长了设备使用寿命。
In order to meet production requirement,frequency converter was utilized to35t boiler feed pump,realizing the smooth start,speed regulation,automatic control,and variable feeding water flow control of the motor,ensuring the stable running of35t boiler,reducing the maintenance workload of feed pump and the frequency of changing water seal and prolonging the service life of equipment.
