摘要
为满足生产需求,通过加装变频器,对环冷放料小车进行自动化改造。介绍了变频器的选型、主回路和控制回路的设计、参数设定及日常维护方法。改造后电动机在启动时更加平顺,设备运行稳定可靠,降低了机械故障率及工人工作强度,使操作与维护更加简便。
In order to meet production requirement,modification was carried out on the automatic system of ring cooling car by stalling frequency converter.The paper introduces the model selection,the design of main circuit and control circuit,parameter setting and routine maintenance method of frequency converter.After modification,the motor worked more smoothly at start and equipment ran stably and reliably.Mechanical failure rate and working strength were reduced.Operation and maintenance became simpler.
