农业技术信息传播的动力机制与实践

新中农阶层是近几年在农村人口流动和土地流转双重压力作用下逐渐形成的，因其特殊的社会地位和资源禀赋成为村内各阶层间的“缓冲带”，并在农业技术信息传播过程的各个环节彰显出独特的信息处理能力。通过对新中农阶层在农业技术信息传播过程中内推和外拉的动力机制分析，得出其具有参与农业技术信息传播、促进农业技术推广的重要作用，并给出其具体的培育路径。

Based on the new middle class in the process of agricultural technology information dissemination within dynamic mechanism analysis of push and pull,it is concluded that it has involved in agricultural technology information dissemination,and promote the important role of agro-technical popularization.
