摘要
传统Z源逆变器通过自身特殊的阻抗网络实现升压功能,而不需要加入升压斩波电路,使得Z源逆变器得到了广泛的应用。但是传统Z源逆变器的升压能力有限,且存在启动冲击电流问题。为了克服传统Z源逆变器的不足,提出一种改进型Quasi-Z源逆变器拓扑结构,以改善逆变器的工作性能。改进型Quasi-Z源逆变器有效提高了逆变器的升压能力,使其可以适用于需要高增益的场合,在理论研究的基础上,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了改进型Quasi-Z源逆变器拓扑结构的可行性和优越性。
The boost function of the traditional Z-source inverter is realized by its special impedance network,but it doesnot need any boost chopper circuit,which makes the traditional Z inverter to be widely used.However,the boost capability ofthe traditional Z inverter is limited,and it exists start surge current.In order to overcome the insufficient of the traditional Z-source inverter,an improved Quasi-Z-source inverter topology structure is proposed to improve the performance of the inverter.The improved Quasi-Z-source inverter can improve the inverter boost ability,so that it can be applied to the occasion of highgain.On the basis of theoretical study,the correctness and advantages of the improved Quasi-Z-source inverter were verifiedwith Matlab/Simulink simulation.
