摘要
蒸汽热裂解的乙烯装置能量输入的主要部位是裂解炉,在裂解过程中,生产目的产物的同时也会产生大量的废热。为降低乙烯装置能耗,必须尽可能地回收裂解气中的热量。文中依据某石化公司裂解车间的生产实际,针对KBR乙烯流程,分析了乙烯装置废热回收的过程及其工艺特点。
The main part of ethylene plant energy input for steam pyrolysis is the cracking furnace.Large amount of waste heat canbe produce during the production of the target product.In order to reduce the ethylene plant energy consumption,the heat incracked gas must be recovered as far as possible.Based on the actual production of the cracking plant of a petrochemical companyand aiming at KBR ethylene production process,this paper analyzed the process of the ethylene plant waste heat recovery and itstechnological characteristics.
