This paper expounded the hydraulic test method of petrochemical process pipe system.The pressure test efficiency wasincreased through optimized pressure testing way of compiling“pressure test package”.Combined with the basic principle ofspecific application and organization of“pressure test package”,and the contents such as the preparatory work before hydraulic testof process pipe,it analyzed the function played by the“pressure test package”and its advantage.
