常减压装置水环式真空泵叶片断裂失效分析

摘要 某炼油厂常减压装置的大型水环式真空泵的叶片以及中间环形隔板的材质均为316L不锈钢,输送介质为减顶油气。该真空泵运行过程中叶片发生了断裂,文中针对断裂和开裂的叶片进行检测分析,确定了该泵的失效性质和原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The material of blades of the large water ring pump and the middle annular diaphragm in atmospheric and vacuumdistillation unit is316L stainless steel,the transferred medium is vacuum top oil gas.The blades fractured during the vacuum pumpoperation.This paper made detection analysis to the fractured and cracked blades,determined the failure nature and cause of thepump,and proposed relevant improvement measure.
