摘要
主要描述了河钢唐钢炼铁南区360 m^2烧结机主抽风机电控系统的变频改造方案。从改造的必要性、可行性出发,对原有工频电控系统进行分析,制定出符合需求的改造方案,形成设备清单并组织实施。简要介绍了空水冷却装置的选型及基本原理。对改造效果从启动平稳、优化设备运行状态、节约电能、方便操作四个方面进行了评价。
The frequency conversion transformation program for the electric control systemof Tangsteel’s360m2sinter draft fan is mainly presented.Starting with the necessity andfeasibility of the transformation,the original power frequency electric control system was analyzed,suitable transformation program was drawn up and equipment list was formed and implemented.Type selection and the basic principle of air and water cooling devices are brieflyintroduced.The transformation effect is appraised from the aspects of startup stability,optimizedoperation state,energy saving and operation convenience.
