摘要
梅钢公司3200 m^3高炉采用全干法袋式除尘系统,其输灰系统采用高炉煤气、氮气双气源(互为备用)输灰,面临不同气源切换输灰管堵塞难题。从两种输灰介质、瓦斯灰、输灰管路特性等方面入手,利用气力学原理,比较了两者输灰参数差异,进而确定同一输灰管路下两种不同气源各自最佳输灰参数,达到预防输灰堵塞现象目的。
The3200m3BF of Meishan Steel adopted all-dry bag dedusting system,thedust conveying system of which uses BF gas or nitrogen to convey dust,often facing theproblem of dust pipe clogging at switch of different gas sources.The difference in conveyingparameters of the two gases was compared starting with the characteristics of the two medium,gas ash and ash pipe and using pneumatic principle.Finally optimum ash conveying parametersfor the two different gases in the same convey pipe were determined,which has successfullyprevented the clogging problem.
