腹腔镜治疗肠粘连合并阑尾炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopy in the treatment of intestinal adhesion complicated with appendicitis

目的探究腹腔镜联合手术治疗肠粘连和并阑尾炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用回归性分析的方法,将2013年10月~2015年10月在我院接受治疗的40例肠粘连合并阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行研究分析,并给予这40例患者有效的分组,对照组20例,采用传统的开腹手术治疗;干预组20例,给予腹腔镜联合手术治疗的方式,对这两组的手术情况以及并发症发生情况、临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果经过不同模式的治疗,干预组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、肠蠕动时间以及住院时间等方面的指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组术后并发症的发生率为5.00%,对照组并发症发生率为25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预组共有19例有效,治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组仅有13例有效,治疗总有效率为65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肠粘连合并阑尾炎患者给予腹腔镜联合手术治疗,能够有效缩短手术时间,减少出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,具有一定的安全性,临床治疗效果显著,可以在临床医学中得以广泛地推广应用。

Objective To explore the treatment of intestinal adhesion and appendicitis and the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic surgery.Methods Using the method of regression analysis,the clinical data of40cases with intestinal adhesion in patients with appendicitis in October2013-2015year in October in our hospital were analyzed,and give the40patients effective group the control group,20cases,using the traditional open surgery;20cases in the intervention group,treated with combined laparoscopic surgery,the incidence of operation of the two groups and complications,comprehensive evaluation of clinical treatment.Results After the treatment of different patterns,the intervention group patients in the operation time,amount of bleeding in the index of intestinal transit time and hospitalization time,significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),there was statistical significance;the intervention group the incidence of postoperative complications was5.00%,compared with Incidence rate was25.00%,and the difference is obvious(P<0.05),there are some statistical value;and the intervention group a total of19cases were effective treatment,the total efficiency was95.00%,the control group only13cases effective treatment,the total efficiency was65.00%,and the difference is obvious(P<0.05),a statistical value.Conclusion On intestinal adhesion with appendicitis patients give combined laparoscopic surgery treatment,can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,with a certain degree of security,the clinical treatment effect significantly,has been widely used in clinical medicine.
