大环内酯类药抗炎作用治疗呼吸系统慢性炎症性疾病的研究进展

Research progress of anti-inflammatory effects of macrolides drugs in the treatment of the respiratory system chronic inflammatory diseases

呼吸系统慢性炎症性疾病是一类由感染或非感染因素引起的炎性细胞和炎性细胞组分参与的慢性炎症反应性疾病,主要是引起不同程度的肺功能下降,最终易发展成肺源性心脏病,严重威胁人类的生命安全。对于这类疾病治疗抗炎是关键。大环内酯类药的抗炎作用逐步得到证实并应用于这类疾病的治疗,本文就大环内酯类药的抗炎机制及其对呼吸系统慢性炎症性疾病的疗效做一综述,为其更加合理有效的应用于呼吸系统慢性炎症性疾病的治疗提供参考。

Chronic respiratory inflammatory disease is a type of the chronic inflammation diseases which involved in the inflammatory cells and its components caused by infections or non-infectious factors.Such diseases mainly cause varying degrees of decline in lung function,eventually develop into pulmonary heart disease,and serious threaten to the safety of human life.The key of treatment about these diseases is anti-inflammatory treatment.Anti-inflammatory effects of macrolides drugs gradually confirmed and used in the treatment of such diseases.This article is a review which introduce macrolides anti-inflammatory mechanism and its effect on the respiratory system chronic inflammatory diseases.It is hoped that this review can give some clues for promoting the rational and effective application in the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of respiratory system.
