摘要
为了降低养殖水体中的氨氮,以1株具有氨氮去除效果的沼泽红假单胞菌R-3菌株为材料,通过单因素试验,分别研究了初始氨氮浓度、温度、pH值和光照强度对其降解氨氮能力的影响。结果表明:当水体初始氨氮浓度在80 mg/L以下时,菌株R-3降解氨氮的效果较好,降解率均大于70%;该菌株在温度为25~30℃,水体的p H值为6~9,光照强度为1 000~5 000 Lux的环境条件下对水体中的氨氮具有较好地降解效果,对氨氮的降解率最高可达85.7%。沼泽红假单胞菌R-3具有高效去除水体中氨氮的能力,且适应环境的能力相对较强,在实际生产中具有较大的潜在应用价值。
In order to remove the ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water,we used Rhodopseudomona palustris R-3,an ammoniaremoval bacterium,to study its ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency with different initial ammonium concentrations,temperature,pHand illumination.The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen could be effective decreased by strain R-3while the initial ammouiumconcentration lower than80mg/L.Strain R-3could remove ammonium effectively when cultured under the conditions of25-30℃,pH6-9and1000-5000Lux and the highest ammonia nitrogen degradation capacity was up to85.7%.Rhodopseudomona palustris R-3exhibitedgood potential for future applications of ammonia nitrogen emission for its high ammonium removal efficiency and strong adapation tocomplicated water environment.
