探究厌氧体系中硫磺的提取及分析方法

摘要 硫磺(S0)是作为整个硫循环过程中的比较特殊的硫的存在形式。然而对于这种形式的硫的测定方法在国内外的研究中并不多见,为了进一步去了解硫在地球化学过程中的转化形式,尤其在厌氧体系底部沉积物中的物理化学过程。本文主要对硫磺的提取以及分析方法进行深入研究,研究发现硫磺在丙酮中具有良好的溶解性,并且其溶液可以通过高效液相色谱仪进行有效分析,并且具有分析时间较短,操作简单,可信度高等优点。 Sulfur(S0)is a relatively special form of sulfur as a whole during the sulfur cycle.However,for this method of sulfur determination in domestic and foreign research is rare,in order to further understand the sulfur in the geochemical process of transformation,especially in the bottom of the anaerobic system of physical and chemical processes.In this paper,sulfur extraction and analysis methods are studied in detail.It is found that sulfur has good solubility in acetone,and its solution can be effectively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,and it has the advantages of short analysis time,simple operation and High reliability.
