Based on the experience of auditing environmental testing reports,the problems found from internal audit,CMA review,sudden inspection,and corrective action to take,this article discus about completeness,consistency,rationality,accuracy,applicability,professional and legitimacy of the report,to improving the quality level of reports,and to ensure that it meets the requirements of“review standard”Criteria for accreditation of inspection and testing institutions and interpretation.
