伴随着我国农业技术、工业技术的不断发展,社会中对于环境污染的源头不断增多,虽然我国一直非常重视对于环境的保护,同时在环境保护方面的执法也非常全面和严谨,但是因为各个方面的因素影响,导致整体效果并不是非常理想。对此,为了更好的优化环境监测效果,本文详细分析环境监测与环境影响评价的关系。

With the continuous development of agricultural technology and industrial technology in China,the source of environmental pollution is increasing in society.Although China has always attached great importance to the protection of the environment,the enforcement of environmental protection is also very comprehensive and rigorous.Aspects of the factors that lead to the overall effect is not very ideal.In order to better optimize the environmental monitoring effect,this paper analyzes in detail the relationship between environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment.
