摘要
国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量状况监测与评价以县域为单元,建立了涵盖自然生态和环境状况两方面的评价指标体系,从生态功能、生态结构、生态胁迫、污染负荷与环境质量五个方面表征县域生态环境状况;本文选取了内蒙古自治区35个国家重点生态功能区县域,采用综合指数法对县域生态环境质量现在及动态进行了评价。结果表明:1、35个县域生态功能区功能状况指数(FEI)范围为42.41-70.69,生态功能区功能状况指数最高的是克什克腾旗,最低的为莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗;2、2011年-2015年,35个县域生态功能区生态功能状况指数变化幅度为-8.62~4.09,其中新巴尔虎右旗(△FEI为-8.62)和奈曼旗(△FEI为4.09)是变化最大的两个县。
The research unit of the monitoring and evaluation of ecological environment quality of the national key ecological function areas is the county.An evaluation index system was established to cover two aspects of natural ecology and environment,and the ecological environment of the county is represented from five aspects:ecological function,ecological structure,ecological stress,pollution load and environmental quality.In this paper,35counties in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were selected,and the comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the ecological environment quality of county.The results show that:1、The Ecological functional status index(FEI)of the35County ecological function areas was range from42.41to70.69,and the highest is Hexigten Banner,the lowest is Daur Autonomous Banner of Morin Dawa.From2011to2015,the Variation range of the Ecological functional status index(FEI)of the35County ecological function areas was from42.41to70.69,The Xin Barag Right Banner(△FEI-8.62)and Naiman Banner(△FEI4.09)is the two largest changes county.
