随着环境问题的日益突出,节能环保成为时代的主流。就建筑行业来说,中央及地方政府出台了许多有关的建筑评价标准、设计导则,比如《绿色建筑评价细则》《公共建筑节能设计标准》等,可以说节能已经成为建筑设计的重要原则之一,本文主要就建筑住宅节能设计的有关问题进行简单的探讨分析。

With the increasingly prominent environmental issues,energy saving and environmental protection has become the mainstream of the times.For the building industry,the central and local government introduced many building evaluation related standards,design guidelines,such as“green building evaluation rules”,“public buildings energy-efficient design standards,can be said that energy saving has become one of the important principles of architectural design,this paper mainly analyzes the simple discussion on issues related to energy-saving design of residential buildings.
