摘要
基于生态文明的视角构建评价指标体系,对湖南岳阳绿色化工产业园进行开发区土地利用效益评价,并应用障碍度诊断模型对开发区用地效益障碍因素的诊断进行实证研究分析。研究结果表明,开发区土地利用结构的效益水平分值为0.92、土地利用强度为0.86、产业用地投入产出效益为0.89、生态绿化程度为0.81;空间因素障碍度为0.02、经济因素障碍度为0.05、生态因素障碍度为0.03。从湖南岳阳绿色化工产业园土地集约利用程度和经济绩效上看有较大的优势,但在生态效益环境方面还有一定提升的余地;从障碍度等级分布上看,可以发现开发区主导障碍因素为经济因素,生态因素次之。
This study proposes a system to evaluate the use of land marked as development zones using the concept of“Ecological Civilization.”It constructs a hindrance diagnosis model to assess the Green Chemical Industry Park locatedin Yueyang,Hunan.The analytic hierarchy process,multi-objective synthesis evaluation model,and hindrance diagnosismodel are used.The results show that the benefit scores of land use structure,land use intensity,industrial land input–output efficiency,and ecological green degree are0.92,0.86,0.89,and0.81,respectively.The degrees of spatial,economic,and ecological hindrance are0.02,0.05,and0.03,respectively.Overall,although there is a high degree of economic andstructural hindrance related to land use,there is room for the Green Chemical Industry Park to become a more eco-efficientenvironment.Economic and ecological factors are the main hindrances.
