摘要 本文针对煤矿用重型刮板输送机中部槽的磨损,利用摩擦学理论分析其磨损机理机制,研发了重型刮板输送机中部槽高韧高耐磨中锰合金钢材料,通过控制其合金成分含量及铸、轧、热处理工艺,使得耐磨材料表层及浅表层在中、低冲击载荷下发生马氏体相变强化耐磨机制,且磨损表面能发生自硬化过程,微观硬度从HV240上升至HV 550,具有较好的心部韧性和抗冲击疲劳特性。 In view of the wear of the middle trough of heavy duty scraper conveyor used in coal mine,based on the analy?sis of the wear mechanism by friction theory,the high toughness and wear resistant of manganese alloy steel material isdeveloped for the middle trough of heavy duty scraper conveyor,by controlling the content of alloy composition and thecasting,rolling and heat treatment process,the surface of the wear-resistant material and superficial surface in the medi?um and low impact load occur the martensitic transformation hardening mechanism,and the wear surface can self-hard?ening process,the micro hardness is increased from HV240to HV550,it has the better heart toughness and impact fa?tigue property.
