圆鮀鲣暗色肉酶解物5 ku组分的抗氧化活性与抗疲劳作用 被引量:5

Antioxidant Activity and Anti-fatigue Effect of 5 ku Fraction of Hydrolysates from Auxis tapeinosom Dark Muscle

摘要 研究圆鮀鲣暗色肉酶解物5ku组分(5ku F)体外抗氧化活性和抗疲劳作用,探讨其抗疲劳作用和抗氧化活性之间的相关性。结果表明,5ku F可清除自由基,有一定还原力。与空白组相比,5ku F可延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,分别延长32.6%~53.7%。5ku F能减少肝糖原消耗,分别高1.48~1.69倍。5ku F还能降低乳酸和尿素氮含量,分别降低11.66%~13.64%和12.21%~19.3%。另外,5ku F能通过提高超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活力来改善抗氧化酶系统。5ku F具有抗氧化活性和抗疲劳作用,其抗疲劳作用与抗氧化活性有一定相关性。 The in vitro antioxidant activity and anti-fatigue effect of Auxis tapeinosom dark musclehydrolysates5ku fraction(5kuF)were investigated,to discuss the correlation between its anti-fatigueeffect and antioxidant activity.The result showed that5kuF had free radical scavenging activities andhad certain reducing power.It also prolonged the swimming time to exhaustion of mice by32.6%–53.75%compared to the control.It reduced consumption of liver glycogen(1.48-1.69-fold increase).Itdecreased the levels of lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen by11.66%–13.64%and12.21%–19.3%respectively.In addition,it improved enzymatic antioxidant system by increasing the activities ofsuperoxide dismutase and catalase.It has antioxidant activity and anti-fatigue effect,and its antioxidantactivity and anti-fatigue effect had certain correlation.
