摘要
近年来,二维材料如石墨、六方氮化硼和二硫化钼,由于他们独特的电子和结构特性,受到了国内外科学家的广泛关注,尤其是作为可饱和吸收体,在产生超短脉冲的应用上起到了至关重要的作用。文章归纳总结了二维纳米材料的几种制备方法。
In recent years,two-dimensional materials such as graphite,hexagonal boron nitride and molybdenum disulfide have attracted much attention from scientists both at home and abroad due to their unique electronic and structural properties.Especially as a saturable absorber,plays an important role in the application of ultrashort pulses.Several methods of preparation of two-dimensional nanomaterials are summarized.
