摘要
差速器齿圈是一种使用较为广泛的锻件,这其中不同的钢种在加工处理中与普通的渗碳钢有一定的区别,其对热处理工艺的要求较多,若是对其采用的正火工艺控制不当将会造成其金相组织与硬度无法达到规定要求,为此在进行锻造时必须要以齿轮锻件的特点来对其正火工艺进行选择及应用,其中余热正火工艺的提出及使用在齿轮锻件锻造中取得了较好的效果。为了保证齿轮锻件在应用余热正火锻造中的质量,必须要对其所应用的工艺进行熟悉及掌握,文章对此工艺进行了深入的研究并讨论了其在8620H齿轮锻件锻造中热处理技术的特点,以此来为8620H齿轮锻件锻造工艺的使用提供一些参考建议。
Differential gear is a kind of widely used in forging,which in different steel processing and ordinary carbon steel has certain difference,the heat treatment process for the requirement of more,if the micro structure and hardness can not meet the requirements of the normalization process of improper control will be.Therefore in forging must be based on the characteristics of gear forging on the selection and application of the normalization process,in which the waste heat normalizing process is put forward and used in gear forging and achieved good results.In order to ensure the quality of application in waste heat normalizing the forging of the gear forging process,must be on the application of familiar with And master,the process is studied and discussed its characteristics in8620H gear forging heat treatment technology,in order to use the8620H for gear forging process and provide some reference suggestions.
