化工企业生产过程中对于安全性的把控是极为重要的,要真正确保化工生产的整体安全,做好化工工艺安全设计十分关键。危险因素的识别与控制是化工工艺安全设计的重点内容,对于化工企业及生产机构而言,能否准确识别生产过程中危险因素,并予以有效的控制,将很大程度上关系到企业生产的安全性,基于安全生产的总体目标,文章针对化工工艺安全设计中的危险识别与控制要点展开分析和探讨。

Chemical enterprises in the production process for the safety of the control is extremely important,to truly ensure the overall safety of chemical production,make the design process of chemical safety is very important.The identification and control of risk factors is the key content of design for chemical process safety,chemical industry production enterprises and institutions,can accurately identify the risk in the process of production factors,and make effective control will be largely related to production safety,safety production based on the overall goal,this article aim at identifying dangerous chemical process safety design and the control points are analyzed and discussed.
