数字化进程的加快促进了数控机床电气行业的发展,这一方面促进电气行业的现代化发展,提高电气设备的运行效率,增加设备运转的安全性,降低运行成本的投入,实现科学有效的管理模式等方面提供了重要的技术支持;在另一方面,对于数控机床电气设备维修与故障排除技术提出了更加严格的要求。在此基础之上,文章从数控机床电气设备故障的分类、设备故障产生的原因及其分析结果等几方面出发,对机床设备电气系统的技术维修和故障排查进行简单的分析与探究。

To speed up the digitization process and promote the development of electrical industry of CNC machine tools,which promote the modernization development of electrical industry is on the one hand,improve the efficiency of electrical equipment,safety equipment operation,reduce t he operation cost,provides a n i mportant technical support for t he realization of scientific a nd effective management mode etc.On the other hand,the CNC machine tool electrical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting proposed more stringent requirements.On this basis,this article from the classification of electrical equipment fault of CNC machine tools,equipment failure causes and results and other aspects of technology and maintenance of electrical equipment system of machine tool trouble shooting of simple analysis and research.
