压气站离心式压缩机机组故障以及优化途径探析 被引量:2

摘要 离心式压缩机作为压气站的关键设备,其工作性能的良好性,决定了压气站运行的稳定性及可靠性,进而会影响到天然气的正常、安全输送。从当前压气站离心式压缩机机组实际应用情况来看,故障问题仍是比较常见的,导致离心式压缩机无法正常运转,不利于天然气生产任务的顺利完成,并且还存在较大的安全隐患。为改善压气站离心式压缩机机组工作性能,就需要采取针对性优化措施,杜绝故障问题的出现,文章对此进行了详细分析,对压气站建设和管理具有一定的指导作用。 The key equipment of centrifugal compressor as the compressor station,its good working performance,determines the stability and reliability of compressor station operation,which will affect the normal natural gas,safe transportation.From the current compressor station of centrifugal compressor unit actual application situation,problems is still relatively common,leading to centrifugal the compressor can not operate normally,gas production is not conducive to the successful completion of the task,and there is a big security risk.In order to improve the performance of compressor station centrifugal compressor unit,we need to take targeted measures to prevent the emergence of optimization problems,the fault,this paper detailed analysis of pressure Gas station construction and management has a guiding role.
