摘要
骨质疏松性椎体骨折是老年人常见病,治疗不及时或治疗不当可造成顽固性腰背痛、后凸畸形、神经功能障碍等严重后果。因此需要早期采取个性化治疗手段,包括保守治疗、微创手术、开放内固定手术及抗骨质疏松药物等。本文就骨质疏松性椎体骨折的发病特点、手术选择及技术进展等进行综述。
The osteoporotic vertebral fracture(OVF)is common in the elder people.Incorrect or belated therapy will result in the intractable back pain,kyphosis or serious neurological deficits.Timely and individual-based treatment should be performed including conservative management,minimally invasive technology,internal fixation and anti-osteoporosis drugs to reduce the complications.This review summaries the clinical characters,election of operation and surgical technical progresses.
