摘要
以现场可编程门阵列器件FPGA及图形化可视软件LabVIEW为基础,设计研发平面度检测系统。该系统采用电涡流测位移传感器,按照常用的对角线布点评定法则布点测量,采集信息由FPGA芯片智能处理,并通过Modbus通信协议RTU传输模式实现上位机通讯。利用函数发生器,六位半数字多用表,数据采集板,以及LabVIEW设计的人机交互界面构成系统检测平台,检测系统可靠性。本检测系统已在平面度检测线上成功应用。
Based on the field programmable gate array and LabVIEW graphical visualization software,the authors design and develop a flatness detection system.The system uses eddy current displacementsensors and the diagonal distribution measurement method to collect information which is intelligentlyprocessed by the FPGA,and achieves the PC communication via the RTU transmission mode of theModbus communication protocol.The detection system consists of a function generator,a six-and-a-halfdigit multimeter,a data acquisition board,and the interactive interface of LabVIEW.This system has beensuccessfully applied in the test lines of flatness detection.
