摘要
电子秤具有称重精确度高,简单实用,携带方便,测量准确,价格低等特点。本文所设计的是由电阻应变片式传感器测量电路,仪表放大器,按键电路和显示电路等组成的简易电子秤。最初由托盘中模拟待测物的砝码因重力使横臂发生形变,同时,应变片传感器随之发生形变产生电压信号,仪表放大器对传感器输出的微弱的电压模拟信号进行一定倍数的放大,以满足单片机对输入信号电平的要求,再经过单片机控制译码显示器从而显示出被测物体的重量,接着,通过按键电路可调节单价实现金额的计算、累加以及去皮等功能,最终由LCD显示屏对单片机输出的数字信号进行显示。
The electronic scale has characteristics of weighing accuracy,simplicity and practicality,easycarrying,accurate measurement and low price.This design was a simple electronic single-chip,whichcomposed of resistance strain-gauge sensor measuring circuit,instrumentation amplifier,button circuit anddisplay circuit.Initially,by the tray to simulate the weight of the object under test for gravity deformate inthe horizontal arm.At the same time,the strain gauge sensor deformation generated voltage signal,whichwould be magnified certain times by the instrumentation amplifier to meet the demand of the single-chipmicrocomputer to the input signal level.Then,the weight of the object under test showed by decodingdisplay device under the single-chip microcomputer control.Furthermore,through the button circuit,theunit price became adjustable and the function of total amount of calculation,accumulation and peeling wasrealizable.Ultimately,LCD display screen displayed the output digital signal.
