Research Advances of Electron Beam Selective Melting Additive Manufacturing Technology

摘要 电子束选区熔化(Electron Beam Selective Melting,EBSM)是一种增材制造工艺,通过电子束扫描、熔化粉末材料,逐层沉积制造三维金属零件,适用于钛合金、钛铝基合金等难熔、高性能金属材料的成形制造。对国内外EBSM装备研发、工艺研究、材料组织与性能和应用研究的现状和趋势进行了综述,表明EBSM技术在航空航天高性能复杂零部件的制造、多孔结构医疗植入体制造等方面具有广泛的应用前景。 Electron Beam Selective Melting(EBSM)is an additive manufacturing technology,which usesan electron beam to scan and melt powder materials layer by layer to build three-dimensional objects.EBSM is favorable for the fabrication of metal materials of high melting-point and excellent performance,e.g.Ti alloy,TiAl alloy.The state-of-the-art and trend of the machine development,process research,microstructures and properties,and applications of EBSM technology are reviewed in this paper,indicatingthat the EBSM technology has a bright future in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components andmedical implants.
