铸造3D打印技术标准体系综述

Review on Standard System for Casting 3D Printing Technology

从3D打印技术标准体系出发,结合宁夏共享集团股份有限公司的实践探索,从基础、原材料、工艺、设备和产品进行了覆盖,给出了铸造3D打印技术标准体系的构建思路和发展趋势。制订了通用技术标准、材料标准、工艺标准、设备标准和产品标准,明确了以点、线、面、体为路径的发展模式,同时与智能制造通用标准相衔接,支撑智能铸造健康有序发展。

Starting from the technological standard system of3D printing,combined with practices inNingxia Kocel Limited Co.,Ltd.,covering from basis,raw material,technology,equipment and product,the construction idea and development trend are given for standard system for casting3D printingtechnology.General technological standard,material standard,process standard,equipment standard andproduct standard have been made,development path from point,line,surface and body are clarified.Byconnecting with the general standard of intelligent manufacturing,the healthy and ordered development ofintelligent casting is supported.
