冷金属过渡工艺下316L丝材电弧增材的成形性——以法兰打印为例 被引量:1

Forming Property of CMT Process on 316L Welding Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing——A Case Study on Flange Printing

摘要 研究了适合于316L丝材电弧增材的保护气和不同焊接参数下316L焊丝的成形性。确定了适合于316L电弧增材的保护气为Ar+2%O_2,以及良好成形性的工艺参数范围与组织特点。利用电弧增材制造了合格的带颈法兰件,性能测试结果显示抗拉强度达到540 MPa以上,延伸率达到35%以上,冲击吸收功达到97 J以上。 The appropriate shielding gas for316L additive manufacturing and forming property undervarious welding parameter have been investigated.Ar+2%O2gas is identified as the appropriate shieldinggas.Furthermore,the range of suitable technological parameter for good formability and the characteristicof microstructure have been defined.Finally,a qualified hub-flange was produced by arc additivemanufacture.The mechanical results indicate that the ultimate strength of analogous specimens to hubflangeup to540MPa,the elongation up to35%and the impact absorbing energy up to97J.
