摘要
探讨退火对选择性激光熔化(SLM)高熵合金成形零件的影响。采用3D Systems ProX 100型金属激光SLM成形设备,在不同工艺参数下制备CoCrFeNiMn试样,通过扫描电子显微镜和XRD设备对直接成形和退火处理后的试样成形质量进行观测与分析,对比700℃、900℃和1 000℃下进行2 h退火处理后成形试样的形貌、组织和显微硬度。退火处理可以显著改善成形过程中的成形缺陷;SLM成形组织以柱状树枝晶结构为主;退火处理后显微硬度明显增加,故退火可以明显提高SLM成形零件的力学性能。在900℃的退火温度下,成形试样的裂纹和孔隙缺陷最少,具有最佳的力学性能。
To investigate the influences of annealing temperature on the forming of CoCrFeNiMn powderby selective laser melting(SLM).The samples were fabricated by3D Systems ProX100SLM systemunder different process parameters;observed and analyzed the forming quality and mechanical property ofdirect melting and after2-hours annealing under different temperature(700℃,900℃,1000℃)by scanningelectron microscope and XRD.The results show that annealing is a good solution to improve defectssignificantly,the SLM sample’s microstructure consists mainly of columnar dendrites.Micro-hardnessincreased significantly after annealing treatment,suggesting that the annealing can improve mechanicalproperties of SLM parts obviously.The best annealing temperature is900℃,which formed the least cracksand pore defects and have the best mechanical properties.
