摘要
对3D砂型打印设备软件系统技术要求进行了简要分析。从工序流程、基础条件、性能要求、系统功能,以及软件测试等方面进行了系统的阐述。有针对性地规范了3D砂型打印设备软件系统研发的技术要求,为3D砂型打印设备的研发、成型单元的系统集成,以及增材制造标准体系的建设与丰富提供了借鉴。
The technical requirements of3D sand printing equipment software system are briefly analyzed.Systematical descriptions are carried out from aspects including the process flow,basic conditions,performance requirements,system functions and software testing.The technical requirements for the3Dsand printing equipment software system have been standardized,which provide references for the R&Dof3D sand printing equipment,systematical integration of molding unit,as well as construction andenrichment of additive manufacturing standard hierarchy.
