基于我院药品物流精益管理的实践体会

Practical experience in the lean management of the hospital over drug logistics

精益管理是医院科学管理的重要手段。通过精益管理可有效提高医院内部运行质量,有利于实现工作效能的最大化。为了提高药品管理效率,针对我院药品物流的情况及存在的问题进行分析,以信息化为载体实现了药品管理的精细化,健全并完善了我院药品管理体系,优化了流程,从而使工作效率获得了明显提升。通过对药品物流实施精益管理,我院药品质量安全得到了有效保障;医院用药保障及库存管理更加科学化;药品物流效率得到有效提升。

Lean management is an important means of scientific hospital management,with which the internal running quality of hospital can be improved and the maximization of working efficiency facilitated.To increase drug management efficiency,through analysis on the conditions and existing problems of drug logistics,the hospital achieved information-based lean management over drugs,completed the drug management system,and optimized management process,thereby significantly improving working efficiency.By implementing lean management over drug logistics,the hospital has effectively guaranteed the quality and safety of drugs,realized more scientific drug guarantee and inventory management,and remarkably raised the efficiency of drug logistics.
