摘要
[目的 /意义]自"中国特色新型智库"这一概念被提出到现在,智库建设在中国大热,如何提升智库的整体质量,是后期智库建设的重点。本文试图从智库领军人物对智库建设的作用方面提出新思路。[方法 /过程]本文围绕领军人物应具有的综合能力,结合对国内外典型案例的分析,发现智库领军人物是影响智库发展的决定性因素之一。[结果 /结论 ]具有使命感和责任感、有大局意识、有运营能力的智库领军人物能够带领智库快速发展、实现突破、取得佳绩、做出贡献。中国特色新型智库领军人物的选拔、培养,以及建立完善促使其充分发挥创造力、生产力、组织力的制度保障,充分释放领军人物的人力资本,是现阶段中国特色新型智库建设的一个关键内容。
[Purpose/significance]The construction of think tanks in China has been in full swing since theconcept of“new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics”was proposed.At present,the way to promotethe overall quality of think tanks has become the focus during the later stage.This article attempts to put forward anew idea from the perspective of the important role of leading figures in the construction of think tanks.[Method/process]This article focused on the comprehensive ability of leading figures,combined with the analysis of typicalcases at home and abroad to clarify that the leading figures play a decisive role in the development of think tanks.[Result/conclusion]With the strong sense of mission,responsibility,overall situation and operation capability,theleading figures have the ability to lead think tanks to develop rapidly,achieve breakthroughs,bear fruits,and makecontributions to the country.Thus,the key to the construction of think tanks in the later period will focus on theselection and the development of the leading figures and the establishment of the system to guarantee them to boostcreativity,productivity and organization power so that more and more leading figures emerge in China.
