摘要
人工智能正成为全球信息领域产业竞争的新一轮焦点,已触发并加速推动新一轮科技革命和产业革命进程。本文针对人工智能技术与产业发展情况,研究提出全球人工智能技术体系、产业体系、生态组织模式,全面分析全球和我国人工智能技术与产业的发展态势,并给出我国发展人工智能的建议和举措。
Artificial Intelligence is becoming a new focus in the global information industry competition.It has triggered and accelerated the process of the new sci-tech revolution and industrial revolution.In this paper,based on the artificial intelligence technology and industry,technology system,industrial system and ecological organization model are proposed,and the global and China’s development trend is analyzed comprehensively,and at last our suggestions and measures about the development of Artificial Intelligence are made.
