受物联网产业生态快速发展的影响,近年来物联网专利也呈现了快速增长的趋势,相关专利涉及产业关键环节的多个技术领域,成为市场竞争的必要手段。因此本文重点分析了物联网专利竞争态势以及重点专利权利人竞争格局,并对业务层、平台层、通信层、设备层和安全技术等细分领域的专利趋势做了分析,最后分析了物联网专利侵权风险问题,并提出了我国物联网企业的知识产权发展策略。为业界全面了解物联网的专利竞争态势和潜在的知识产权风险问题提供了参考。

Affected by the rapid development of the Internet of Things industry,in recent years the number of patent applications for Internet of Things has increased rapidly.Patents related to multiple technical areas and become a means of market competition.This paper analyses the global patent trend and make a detail study on the patent distribution of Internet of Things technology.Including the business layer,platform layer,communication layer,equipment layer and security technology.Finally,it analyzes the patent infringement risk of Internet of Things.Through the description of this paper,it provides a reference for domestic enterprise in the development of the patent portfolio and patent early warning of Internet of Things technology.
