摘要
为了提高电枢涂敷线的自动化程度,实现涂敷生产线无人化,对涂敷线体进行自动化研究和开发。概述了自动化涂敷产线的总体设计方案,并概述了各个关键工位的设计方案。该全自动涂敷生产线已研发成功,涂敷精度高、节拍快、性能稳定,完全满足客户的使用需求。
In order to improve the automation of the armature coating line and realize the unmanned production of coating line,have made automation research and development of the coated line.In this paper,the general design scheme of automatic coating production line is summarized,and the design scheme of each key station is summarized.The fully automatic coating production line has been developed successfully and has high coating accuracy,fast beat and stable performance,fully meets the customers'demands.
