The Research and Development of Automatic Gluing Machine Based on Image Location

摘要 针对目前贺卡制作过程人工贴装胶宝石环节的缺点,提出了一种基于图像定位的胶宝石自动贴装机。首先介绍了贴装机的结构及各个模块的组成,对图像定位算法的设计做了详细的介绍,经过调试和试用,贴装机能够替代人工完成胶宝石的自动贴装工作,提高了生产效率,具有较好的应用前景。 Aimed at the shortcoming of the current manual gluing process for the production of greeting cards,a kind of automatic gluing machine based on image location was proposed.First of all,introduced the components and modules of this machine,as well as the design of the image location system in detail.After debugging and testing,found that the automatic gluing machine could replace the manual to complete the plastic jewel,it improve production efficiency finally,and there should be good prospects in application in future.
