摘要
提出了一种电池智能无线监控系统的设计方案,基于射频芯片CC1110F32的监测模块采集电池的相关参数,通过遵循Simplici TI协议的无线通信技术,将信息传送给数据处理模块,进行相关分析和处理,并可由上位机监控,从而实现对电池电压、电流、容量、内阻和温度等参数的实时监测,掌握电池运行状态并进行故障报警,保障电池组可靠地运行。监控系统具有智能化、易组网、实时性好、抗干扰能力强、可靠性和性价比高等特点。
This paper proposes a design scheme of the intelligent wireless monitoring system for batteries.The monitoring modules based on RF chip CC1110F32sample the relative parameters of batteries,and transmit the information to the data handling module through wireless communication technology following SimpliciTI protocol.Then the data handing module analyses and handles the relative information.All of modules can be monitored by upper computer.So the batteries’parameters such as voltage,current,capacity,internal resistance and temperature can be monitored in real time,which realizes the monitor of working state of batteries and fault warn,and ensures the battery arrays to run reliably.The monitoring system has the characteristic of intelligence,simply network,good real-time,good anti-interference ability,high reliability and high cost performance.
