摘要
基于STM32单片机设计了一种自动扶梯安全检测系统,采用替换扶梯传感器信号的方法模拟自动扶梯安全部件的失效状态,从而验证扶梯安全系统的有效性。同时,在单片机外围加入编码器测速模块,测量自动扶梯梯级、扶手带的速度以及扶梯的制动距离。该设计能够帮助自动扶梯制造、安装、改造、维修保养以及检测机构准确的判断自动扶梯是否符合检验规则以及标准的要求,对自动扶梯的安全运行具有重要意义。
In this paper,a new escalator safety detection system is designed based on STM32micro-controller.In order to verify the effectiveness of escalator safety system,the system generates new signals to replace the staircase sensor signals for simulating the failure state of escalator safety components.At the same time,the encoder speed measuring module is added on the periphery of the MCU to measure the speed of the escalator stair and the handrail,the braking distance of the escalator.The design can help the escalator manufacturing,installation,renovation,maintenance and detection mechanism of accurately identifying the escalator is in accordance with the inspection rules and standards.This design has important significance for safe running of escalator.
