摘要
五轴联动加工适用于复杂曲面、加工精度要求高、工序复杂、需多次装夹和基准转换才能完成加工的零件。数控编程加工中刀具路径的规划已成为提高数控加工零件精度及生产率的一大关键。介绍风扇叶零件UG多轴加工,以提供五轴加工思路与方法为目的,对加工工艺进行了分析研究,制定了加工工艺方案,对其刀具路径进行了合理规划,完成了仿真加工。
Five axis machining is suitable for complex surfaces,machining accuracy requirements,complex processes,and needing repeated clamping and benchmark conversion to complete the processing of parts.The tool path planning has become a key factor to improve the precision and productivity of NC machining parts.UG multi axis machining of fan blade parts is introduced in this paper.In order to provide the idea and method of five axis machining,the processing technology is analyzed and studied,the processing scheme is worked out,the tool path is planned reasonably,and the simulation is completed.
