胶带输送机在运行过程中,因胶带在运转中所受横向力不均衡,导致胶带中心线与输送机中心线不能重合而偏向一侧,从而胶带发生跑偏。该问题直接影响运行设备的可靠性安全性,及经济社会效益。就常见胶带跑偏现象入手,分析其各自产生的原因,研究出对应的调整措施和方案,以便在煤矿井下带式输送机上因地制宜地选择应用。

Belt conveyor in the process of operation,due to the cross force is unbalanced when the adhesive tape moving on,leading to the center line of the tape and the center line of the conveyor can not overlap,thus belt running deviation.The problems directly affect the running equipment reliability,safety and economic and social benefits.This paper introduces common phenomenon of rubber belt run-out,analyzing the causes of their respective,worked out the corresponding adjustment measures and solutions,so that the choice of adjust measures to local conditions in the coal mine belt conveyor application.
