摘要
本文从教学运行与教师发展现象及问题分析入手,阐述建立公立高职教师"退出"机制的涵义与重要性,提出"围绕教学中心,匹配专业建设;完善聘任制度,‘退出’目标明确;基于全面管理、类型层次递延;退出标准合理、弹性刚柔并济;引领个人发展、教育主体双赢"的公立高职教师"退出"总体思路,并对其"退出"路径进行初步设计。
Starting from the analysis of the phenomena and problemsof teaching operation and teacher development,this paperexpounds the meaning and importance of establishing the"jobtransfer"mechanism for teachers in public higher vocational colleges,and puts forward and tentatively designs the construction ofthe mechanism,including setting a clear goal for"job transfer"revolving around teaching and based on specialty constructionand a perfect employment system,carrying out a comprehensiveand layered management of the mechanism,formulating a rationaland moderate standard for"job transfer",and guiding personaldevelopment and mutual benefits between education subjects.
