基于新三板教学的经管专业三创人才培养体系构建研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Three-ability Talents Training System of Economics and Management Specialty Based on the New Three Board Teaching

经管专业学生作为创业生力军,少数精英借洞察力找准行业切入点进行创业实践,但普遍缺乏颠覆或重塑行业并为社会创造新职业新岗位的志向。三创人才的养成源自创意的形成、创新氛围中的耳濡目染和创业实践中厚积薄发的合力作用。因此,三创教育势在必行。本文旨在建立基于实用教学观的"创意创新创业"(简称:三创)人才培养模式,针对经管专业学生所学课程实践性不强的问题,结合新三板的教学优势和多媒体技术,从培养目标、常态化育人模式、教学课程体系设置、教学方法、三创生态服务体系对经管三创人才培养模式进行研究与实践探索。

Economics and management majors are the new forceof entrepreneurship.A small number of elites can accurately positionthe breakthrough points of their industries and carry outentrepreneurial practice,but they generally lack the aspiration tocreate new jobs for the society by reforming or reshaping their industries.The cultivation of three-ability talents stems from thejoint force of the formation of creativity,the gradual influence ofinnovation atmosphere,and the profound accumulation of entrepreneurialpractice.Therefore,it is imperative to carry outthree-ability education.This paper aims to establish a trainingmode for three-ability(creativity,innovation and entrepreneurship)talents based on the practical teaching concept.In view ofthe problem that economics and management majors'courses areless practical,and combined with the teaching advantages of thenew three board and multimedia technology,this paper exploresthe research and practice on the three-ability talents trainin g mode of economics and management specialty from training objectives,normalized education modes,teaching and curriculumsystem setting,teaching methods,and the three-ability ecologicalservice system.
