Investigation and Reflection on Improving Practical Teaching of International Trade Specialty Based on Enterprise Needs

本文基于对珠三角中小企业国际贸易人才需求调查,深入分析了新形势下国际贸易新发展新变化,对专业人才需求的新变化、对专业能力拓展的新要求、对校企合作办学带来的新机遇新挑战,研究提出了从企业需求出发构建国际贸易专业实践教学模式,推进职业教育创新发展、提升国际贸易质量层次、培育精益求精工匠精神的重要性紧迫性。

Based on the investigation of the international tradetalent demand of the small and medium-sized enterprises in thePearl River Delta,this paper analyzes the new development andchange of international trade under the new situation,as well asits requirements on talents and professional ability expansion,and the new opportunities and challenges it brings to college-enterprisecooperative education.The study puts forward the importanceand urgency of constructing a practical teaching mode forinternational trade specialty,so as to promote the innovation anddevelopment vocational education,enhance the quality and levelof international trade,and cultivate the spirit of the craftsman.
