Discussion on the Problems and Strategies of Individual Examination and Enrollment in Model Higher Vocational Colleges

示范高职院校单独考试招生已在陕西试行若干年,目前各高职院校在实施该政策时仍存在诸多问题,亟需解决。通过分析当前示范高职院校单独考试招生存在的问题,提出加强专业内涵建设,平衡专业间报考率;借助高中高校平台,规范招生宣传;建立评价机制,合理确定单招计划;高校联盟,共建考试报名系统;企业-高校-高中合作,共建职业适应性测试标准等应对策略。

Individual examination and enrollment has been testedfor several years in Shaanxi,but there are still many problems inthe implementation of this policy in higher vocational colleges.Through the analysis of the current problems existing in individualexamination and enrollment of model higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the coping strategies:strengtheningthe quality construction of specialties and balancing the applicationrates among specialties,standardizing enrollment publicitywith the help of senior high school and college platforms,establishingan evaluation mechanism to determine a rational and specificenrollment plan,allying with other colleges to co-constructan examination and registration system,carrying out the cooperationamong enterprises,colleges and senior high schools toco-construct a standard for occupational adaptability test.
